Thomas Magnotta, Director of Operations
Tom has more than ten years of financial operations experience in the healthcare industry. Tom brings a wealth of knowledge from his extensive audit recovery experience in both the provider and payer segments of the industry. In both of these business sectors he has had great success in providing leadership in the development of innovative processes and

strategic initiatives to identify revenue opportunities, increase efficiency, and ultimately meet and exceed profitability/financial targets. At Connolly, Tom provides business planning and administration and aides in the development of annual operating plans, monthly and quarterly estimates, financial reporting, and knowledge sharing across all audits. Additionally, his duties include strategic planning, organization planning, and staffing. Tom has a MPA degree in Health Financial Management from New York University.
